What is snow foam?
Snow foam is pretty much exactly how it sounds, delivering a thick layer or blanket of snow like foam over your entire vehicle - appearing as if it literally just snowed. The main objective to this unique touch-less car wash process is to lessen the overall need to wipe over or scrub your paintwork as you would with a regular hand wash.
The pre-wash step is by far the most important prior to getting into any immediate detail, it is highly recommended by professional car detailers as the first essential step when it comes to perfecting any maintenance detailing or performing a complete vehicle wash down.
Using a premium grade snow foam like SupaNova is proven to be the safest touch-less way to effectively pre-wash and clean your vehicles exterior to further minimize wash induced micro-scratches and marring. i.e. less contact = less damage / no contact = no damage.

Why SupaNova snow foam?
Operating as professional detailers, snow foaming has provided a much safer and efficient way to maintain paintwork improving the way we approach exterior detailing overall. Over time this has led us to gain a much more in-depth understanding of what makes this unique car wash process so good!
We are always aiming to improve and perfect our car wash technique and drying procedure to be as kind to your vehicle as possible. To further adapt we set out to make this even better by creating our own unique snow-foam formula.
We wanted high-performance, fast acting (quick break down) but gentle cleaning capabilities that would provide much safer, easier and effective results by loosening and dissolving road grime, without any negative side effects.
Alternative snow foam branded detergents do offer fairly good generic cleaning and foaming capabilities, but often can be too harsh for premium automotive paintwork coatings.
Creating SupaNova snow foam
To formulate our signature active snow foam wash we carried out extensive product testing right here in Perth, Western Australia. Finding the right balance - with no negative side effects whatsoever.

On testing we found a stronger or neat mix ratio may increase foam thickness but reduced the surface dwell time due to the weight of the foam layers, and on untreated (unprotected) paintwork finishes proved difficulties in rinsing.
Applying one or two lighter layers with a reduced but sufficient 1:9 concentrate proved to be much more effective for both maintenance and pre-wash, also providing the best consistency in surface dwell time.
